Resin Bond Diamond Wheels are grinding wheels made using synthetic diamond abrasive and resin-based binders (typically phenolic resins or hybrid compounds). These wheels are excellent for grinding non-ferrous, hard, and brittle materials like carbide, ceramics, glass, PCD, and composites. Resin wheels are typically used for wet grinding, but they can be used for dry grinding by adding some fillers to reduce heat generation.
